Basic Fire Police Class (2 sessions)

The Lancaster County Fire Police Task Force is hosting a 16 hour course (4 sessions) provides instruction on the proper method to be appointed a fire police officer, the laws pertaining to fire police, power and authority of fire police, and the expected duties of of the new fire police officer. To prepare persons selected to be fire police officers to understand how to operate and perform the basic duties of the position.

**Must attend both sessions**

July 23rd & July 30th (2 Saturdays) 08:00 - 16:00 each day

Course Prerequisites: Age 18 or older

Required Equipment: Pen/pencil, Notebook, Personal protective clothing to include hat, vest, whistle, badge, proper footware for outside activities, flashlight, gloves
